1. KEEP GOOD RECORDS. (ACCOUNTING)

(Proverbs 27:23–24, Message) “Know your sheep by name; carefully attend to your flocks; (Don’t take them for granted; possessions don’t last forever, you know.)”

(Proverbs 23:23, NLT) “Get the truth and never sell it; also get wisdom, discipline, and good judgment.”

2. TELL YOUR DOLLAR WHERE TO GO. (BUDGETING)

(Proverbs 21:5, NLT) “Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.”

(Proverbs 21:20, NLT) “… fools spend whatever they get.”

3. SAVE FOR THE FUTURE. (SAVINGS)

(Proverbs 13:11, NLT) “Wealth from get-rich-quick schemes quickly disappears; wealth from hard work grows over time.”

4. RETURN 10% TO GOD. (TITHING)

(Malachi 3:10, NLT) “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!”

(1 Corinthians 16:2, NLT) “On the first day of each week, you should each put aside a portion of the money you have earned.”
